Read up on our 2025 Pyromusical shows! 

Have you heard about our 2025 countries for GlobalFest? This year’s theme is panasia! The countries featured will include USA, Malaysia, Philippines, China and our Canadian finale. We couldn’t be more excited about what each show will bring, and to get you excited, this blog post will prepare you for what to expect each night. Read more and find out what each country will bring to the table for their pyromusical presentation.

August 13th: USA

The USA Fireworks Show kicks off the GlobalFest on August 13 with a breathtaking display of American pride. The winners of the 2024 show will start off our festival strong, featuring American music, displays of boldness and amazing colour combinations. America’s cutting-edge pyrotechnic designs combine tradition with modern innovation, making for an unforgettable opening night. 

America’s fireworks displays are famous for their size and creativity, and this night will highlight these qualities with precision choreography that builds excitement and intensity. The night will end with a jaw-dropping finale leaving you excited for the rest of the festival nights.

August 16: Malaysia 

On the second night of the festival (August 16), and for the first-time ever, Malaysia brings a dazzling fusion of cultural traditions to the sky. Malaysia’s diverse heritage, influenced by Malay, Chinese, Indian, and indigenous cultures, will be reflected in its intricate fireworks designs. Malaysia’s fireworks are known for their delicate artistry, with each burst representing a different cultural influence.

This spectacular show highlights how fireworks are an art form that unites cultures and celebrates diversity. With every explosion, Malaysia’s creativity will shine through, blending old and new traditions in a stunning visual display.

August 19: Philippines 

The third night (August 19) features the Philippines, where fireworks displays are as full of life and energy as the Filipino spirit itself. Known for their emotional depth and family-centered culture, Filipino fireworks displays are a vibrant mix of brilliant colors and patterns that reflect the natural beauty of the islands. Expect cascading bursts of colours that will create designs in the sky that echo the country’s love for life and community.

The Philippines fireworks show is hoped to be filled with passion and rhythm. Timed to traditional Filipino music, this will enhance the emotional connection between the fireworks and the audience. Surely, each firework will represent the warmth and energy of Filipino culture. This is a show that will leave you feeling exhilarated and connected to the heart and soul of the Philippines.

August 21: China 

The fourth night of GlobalFest (August 21) features China, the birthplace of fireworks. Known worldwide for its mastery of pyrotechnic art, China’s fireworks displays are unparalleled in their complexity and beauty. The Chinese fireworks show will showcase both ancient techniques and modern innovations, with a blend of stunning visual effects and precise timing that has made Chinese fireworks a global standard.

Expect to see intricate patterns inspired by Chinese symbolism that will unfold in the night sky. The vibrant reflection of color, will feature a breathtaking array of stunning visuals and crackling effects. Accompanied by the sounds of traditional Chinese instruments, the Chinese fireworks show is a true celebration of history, culture, and innovation.

August 23: Finale 

On our final night of the festival, you’ll be in awe as we take you back to your roots with a show that’s all ab

out Canada. Enrich yourself in celebration for what will be the closing night of the 2025 festival, filled with explosive and original displays that make us proud to be Canadian. Appreciate the finale night display that represents all of the cultural diversity and pride our country represents. 

Every night of the festival leads up to this point of cultural harmony that brings us together. Each and every night of GlobalFest makes us proud to support and learn about each unique culture that resides in our community. To end each festival with a Canadian display allows us to reflect upon all of our differences and celebrate them. 

We are looking forward to having all of these amazing countries, USA, Malaysia, Philippines, China and Canada show us what amazing pyro technical skills they have.
