Terms and Conditions

ALL DATES TENTATIVE: Fireworks may be postponed due to any conditions (weather related or otherwise) that in GlobalFest’s sole and unfettered opinion (“Opinion”) may jeopardise public safety.

NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS: Upon postponement of the firework, GlobalFest will attempt to reschedule same as soon as possible.

RISK: In exchange for GlobalFest permitting the ticket or pass holders or purchasers (“Guests”) to attend the fireworks presentation, the Guests assume any and all risk inherent in attending an event or presentation with pyrotechnics and large numbers of people. Guest waive any claims for loss of or damage to the personal effects or for any personal injury whether incurred before, after or during the event or presentation.

RULES: GlobalFest will in their Opinion create and enforce rules and regulations (“Rules”) with respect to attendance and expected behaviours of Guests. Such Rules may be set out on the GlobalFest website and/or displayed on-site and will apply to all Guests.

ADMITTANCE: GlobalFest reserves the right to deny entry to a Guest whose behaviour is inappropriate or in breach of the Rules.

NO REFUNDS: GlobalFest does not offer refunds or exchanges on tickets for any reason at any time. The Guest must ensure that they have selected the correct date of attendance prior to purchase, as we cannot offer transfers of tickets or passes to different dates.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: After the evening’s pyromusical display, ALL vehicular traffic (including shuttles) will be held until it is deemed safe to move vehicles. For the safety of all our patrons, we ask that you be patient as you exit the festival site.

GlobalFest takes place in Moh’kinsstis Treaty 7 territory, home to the Blackfoot confederacy: Siksika, Kainai, Piikani, as well as the Îyâxe Nakoda and Tsuut’ina nations, and home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3.
